We are seeking a confident and experienced Bar Assistant to join The Falstaff, Canterbury.
Who are we:
The Falstaff occupies a former coaching inn dating back
1403, with many original features still present. Just meters from the medieval
West gate towers and a 2 minutes’ walk from the centre of Canterbury, the Falstaff
offers a selection of individually decorated rooms and suites. Guests can also
enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea, bottomless pizza brunch, pizza as well as a stylish
cocktail bar.
The Falstaff Bar is a sleek and inviting mixology bar that takes pride in the art of cocktail creation. Our bar boasts a contemporary design with an emphasis on a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The centrepiece is
a well-stocked bar where our team produce unique and innovative creations for a
our regularly rotating themed menus. We encourage experimentation and ‘outside
the box’ thinking. With an open layout, patrons can witness the craftsmanship first-hand, turning every visit into an immersive experience.
