About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid – one day per month on site):
* Map the As-Is landscape for the contact centre
* Create the blueprint for the integrations with the various systems
* Lead the research/discovery and create the documentation that completes the business case for the Resident Experience Programme.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
* Extensive knowledge and experience of Contact Centres.
* Extensive Public Sector / Local Authority experience.
* As-Is landscaping on a large scale
* Experience maturing functions.
