Responsibilities:
* Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders
* Operating IT systems
* Internal stock management
* Investigating stock discrepancies
* Database handling
* Communicating with other departments via email and telephone
* Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team
Requirements
* A focused team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in the picking and processing of online customer orders.
* Punctual and responsible
* A confident communicator
* The ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
* Willingness to help out in other areas when necessary
* The ability for work flexible shifts, including weekends
