What You Can Expect
As the design engineer, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality and responsive engineering service to the Australian/New Zealand (ANZ) business. You will manage and deliver 3D complex case planning services for ANZ.
How You'll Create Impact
* Work with surgeons to assist in the planning of complex cases, including the use of 3D computer planning. Propose PMI or standard solutions where appropriate.
* Improve and enhance the complex primary and revision 3D planning processes.
* Utilise internal and external 3D printing services as required.
* Establish effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers as required.
* Manage and communicate deliverables and timelines.
* Assist in supporting external partnerships as guided by the engineering and technology teams.
* Support other technologies including Mymobility and Formus by providing technical support, data reports, and case monitoring.

Your Background
* At least 1 year of experience in the medical device or other highly regulated industry in a research and development or design engineering role.
* Tertiary degree qualification in mechanical, biomedical, mechatronic, electrical engineering, or similar.
Travel Expectations
Occasional travel may be required.
