Job Description:
As a Sales Representative for our ChemAqua brand, you would be responsible for revenue growth in the North West region.
This includes servicing and executing existing contracts, contract retention, managing external compliance, workflow management, and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
There will also be a significant element of business development, requiring you to acquire new customers and increase product sales.
Your time distribution is estimated as follows:
1. 60% Contract Service
2. 30% New Sales Development
3. 10% Contract Mobilisation & Management

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek new business opportunities with new customer sites for one-off sales and contracts.
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts effectively.
* Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within your sales region.
* Manage the sales cycle from initiation to contract start date.
* Collaborate with Technical and Development teams to meet customer needs.
* Ensure delivery of first-class customer service at all times.
* Complete and manage customer orders using relevant technology.
* Coordinate with the Contracts Management team during contract mobilisation for smooth transition.
* MUST have significant water treatment and/or legionella experience to be considered. Applications lacking these skills will not be considered.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
* Recent experience in sales or water engineering within the water treatment industry - ESSENTIAL.
* Proven ability to acquire new business and develop existing accounts.
* Good knowledge of Water Treatment Health and Safety policies and practices.
* Knowledge of cooling tower and steam boiler operations is beneficial.
* Valid UK driving license is required.
* Ideally located in the UK North West region.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
* Salary: £35,000-£38,000 basic + OTE up to £45,000 (uncapped commission).
* This is a field-based sales role, requiring frequent visits to customer sites.
