Are you a confident communicator who loves talking to people and building relationships over the phone? A growing financial services firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to proactively engage clients, set appointments from client databases, and manage high-volume outbound calls. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of the firm, combining expert telephone skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, leading outbound engagement and supporting advisers with accurate, timely information. This position blends relationship management with essential administrative control, requiring a proactive, organised, and detail-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Client Engagement
Deliver frequent outbound calls to clients before, during, and after adviser meetings.
Handle inbound enquiries and ensure positive client outcomes.
Support contact strategies, including event attendance and targeted client/prospect engagement.
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate adviser review meetings and prepare all related documentation.
Maintain and develop the central client database to support re-engagement activity.
Use Salesforce CRM for workflow and internal communication.
Liaise with external providers to gather relevant scheme and plan information.
About You
Proven experience in a customer service role with high-volume outbound telephone work.
Confident on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner.
Enjoys speaking to people and building strong relationships.
Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive, self-starting, and able to use initiative.
