A successful and ambitious 11–16 school in Telford is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join its pastoral team from January 2026. The Role You will monitor and improve attendance across the school, working closely with pastoral leaders, families and external agencies. Key duties include: Monitoring attendance records and following up queries Making first-day absence calls and supporting early intervention Meeting parents and students to discuss attendance concerns Producing attendance reports for SLT and governors Ensuring statutory attendance processes and letters are issued About the School The school has a Good Ofsted rating and a strong reputation for care and behaviour.
