Roc Search is recruiting for a Lead Software Developer to join a highly successful team based in Manchester. The role involves working on bug fixes, project work, implementing new features, and developing new applications. Shared responsibility with other leads for the development team is also part of the position.
The company is growing, with all applications being bespoke developed in-house, making it an exciting opportunity. Initially, the role requires 5 days a week in the office, but after settling in (1-2 months), it offers hybrid working with the option to work from home 3 times a week.
