What we offer
ADM is now offering an exciting Engineering Technician Apprenticeship role at the following location. The position will be multi-skilled.
Location: ADM Milling Ltd - Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 4SL
The Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Programme will last 4 years and will include college attendance, on-the-job training, and assessments. During this time, apprentices will earn a Level 3 (or equivalent) diploma/qualification and gain practical experience. There may also be opportunities to progress towards an HNC (or equivalent) and Foundation Degree.
Apprenticeships help ADM raise its skills base and facilitate knowledge transfer from experienced staff to apprentices through mentoring. The program also instills core values and competencies, preparing apprentices for a career within the organization.
Your Profile and Entry Requirements
* Minimum 4 GCSEs grade C/4 (or equivalent), including English, Math, and Science.
* A genuine passion for engineering.
* Dedicated and enthusiastic with strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
