We are seeking a senior-level SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Outbound Logistics Execution within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience, leadership capability, and hands-on functional expertise in complex warehouse environments.
This role requires someone comfortable leading workshops, identifying process gaps, and designing functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead SAP EWM Outbound process design and configuration (picking, packing, staging, shipping, HU/TU management)
2. Manage integration points between EWM and:
3. MM (Materials Management)
4. SD (Sales & Distribution)
5. PP (Production Planning)
6. Logistics Execution
7. Ensure master data alignment (materials, storage types, warehouse structure, batch management, etc.)
8. Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionality
9. Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
10. Prepare and deliver client-facing EWM workshops
11. Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
12. Support inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, handling units (HU), and transportation units (TU)
13. Collaborate with technical teams for build, testing, and defect resolution
14. Prepare training documentation and support end-user enablement
15. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required
Must Haves
16. 5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experience
17. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM
18. Proven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation projects
19. Deep expertise in:
20. Outbound processing
21. Inventory management
22. Handling Units (HU)
23. Transportation Units (TU)
24. Master data governance
25. Integration points across SAP modules
26. Experience leading client workshops and presenting functional solutions
27. Strong understanding of logistics execution processes
28. Experience preparing functional design documentation (RICEFW)
29. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
30. Leadership capability and ability to drive discussions independently
