Responsibilities
* Central to shaping and delivering the enterprise integration strategy, ensuring systems are seamlessly connected, resilient, and future ready.
* Architectural lead for integration platforms and services, working closely with the CIO and senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic business outcomes.
* Define and maintain integration roadmaps, embedding principles such as API‑first, automation, and cloud‑native design.
* Support a portfolio of transformation initiatives.
* Design scalable integration frameworks, oversee deployment of core services like API gateways and messaging platforms, ensure governance across architecture standards.
* Monitor integration performance, resilience, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
* Promote shared integration services and reusable patterns, reducing duplication and optimising delivery across the enterprise.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with enterprise integration technologies, ideally TIBCO or equivalent platforms, within large‑scale environments.
* Strong technical background in application and platform architecture, with hands‑on experience across hybrid and legacy systems.
* Demonstrated ability to modernise legacy platforms and integrate them into scalable, future‑fit solutions.
* Practical knowledge of integration tools and patterns, including API management, ESBs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event‑driven architecture.
* Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside robust API security practices.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure, Dell Boomi) and ideally TOGAF Level 2.
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
