What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FOH team, ensuring professionalism and passion shine through every service.
* Create a warm, exclusive, and attentive atmosphere tailored to members, handling feedback with discretion and efficiency.
* Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotas, shift planning, stock management, and cashing up.
* Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance.
* Support budget management and profitability, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and internal stakeholders, representing the venue with confidence.

What You Bring
* 3+ years experience in senior restaurant or hospitality management, ideally in premium or multi-venue settings.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, polished and discreet.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems calmly under pressure.
* Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable experiences.
