You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to lead their digital presence — from optimising their websites and managing content, to running effective campaigns across web, email, and social channels. What You’ll Be Doing: * Take ownership of our websites — ensuring functionality, SEO optimisation, engaging content, and user experience are all on point. * Work with internal teams to create compelling web pages and content within brand guidelines. * Manage and track digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate quality B2B leads. * Deliver SEO/SEM strategies, PPC, and email marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. * Execute and analyse A/B testing and optimisation strategies. * Monitor digital KPIs, track performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), and prepare reports for senior management. * Create and schedule social media content using tools like Hootsuite, monitor engagement, and report on campaign success. * Support the development of video and visual content for online platforms. * Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and partners to execute digital initiatives. * Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tactics and tools. What We’re Looking For: * 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. * Hands-on experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress). * Strong understanding of SEO best practices, meta data, and performance optimisation. * Solid knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and reporting dashboards. * Experience with PPC, email marketing, and CRM platforms. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. * Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and scheduling content across platforms
