We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join us at our site in Derby.
Responsibilities
* Maintain day‑to‑day running of the warehouse day‑shift.
* Drive operational performance, supported by and accountable for a team of Department Managers.
* Ensure all operational areas function efficiently, safely and in line with Incora, customer and statutory obligations.
* Deliver warehouse operations cost‑effectively through ongoing monitoring, review, and analysis of KPIs focused on productivity, efficiency and service performance.
* Identify continuous improvement opportunities, drive initiatives and implement best practice to maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
You will have significant, demonstrable experience in warehouse management in a high‑volume environment, be able to demonstrate improvements to processes and an awareness of warehouse Health & Safety legislation, possess a solid background in people management capable of influencing teams to drive performance, have strong financial acumen and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
