Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Salary range: £36,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | On the Road
One to One Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer on behalf of a well‑established, family run Fire & Security provider operating across Essex and London. Our client is known for their high standards, supportive culture, and commitment to training and development.

Key Responsibilities
* Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out remedial works on a range of fire alarm systems
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
* Providing technical support and excellent customer communication
* Completing accurate service reports and maintaining documentation
* Supporting reactive call‑outs when required
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven fire alarm servicing experience
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
* Excellent communication, organisation, and customer‑service skills
* Good understanding of fire alarm system principles
* Strong record‑keeping and working IT knowledge
* ECS or CSCS card (advantageous)
Experience with the following systems:

* Morley
* Advance
Advantageous:
* Gent
* Protec
* Fireclass
* Hyfire
Salary & Benefits
* £36,000 – £38,000, depending on experience & qualifications
