* Leading a team of people across a range of production cells including assemby and machining processes with a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives.

* A strong leader you will possess excellent management skills and have experience in a range of lean techniques gained within the manufacturing sector.

* Salary to £50k depending on experience
* Flexi time working hours
