Deputy Manager Up to £40,000
Location: Chipping, near Preston (commutable from Clitheroe, Longridge, Garstang, Ribchester, Fulwood, Blackburn)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Base £35,200 + Bonus up to £4,800)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | 3 on / 3 off (10am10pm)
Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for our rural EBD childrens home near Preston. This is your chance to lead a passionate team and positively shape the lives of young people.

Role Responsibilities:
* Run the home alongside the Registered Manager
* Support and lead the team to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations
* Contribute to care planning and daily routines
* Be a go-to leader when it matters most
About You:
* Level 4 NVQ (or equivalent) in Children, Young People & Families
* Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential setting
* Strong leadership and team support skills
* Calm under pressure, quick decision-maker
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
