We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the head chef and team in this stunning rosetted dining pub located in a beautiful Cotswolds village. Our client is an up-and-coming pub group with various dining pubs
As Sous Chef you will you must be confident running all sections of a fast-paced, high-end pub.
You will be cooking with the very best, largely organic produce, with a focus on simplicity, sustainability, and seasonality — all to a very high standard. A significant amount of our ingredients come from their own neighbouring organic farm.

The Person
The Successful Sous Chef will have:
* Have experience as a Sous chef at rosette level
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
* Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP
* Ideally be able to drive or live locally
* Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Have the confidence to create and be innovative
* proven track record in managing a team
