Onboarding Manager – SaaS | £55,000–£70,000 | Remote (UK)
At evaluagent, we're on a mission to transform how contact centres work. Our AI-powered QA and Conversation Intelligence platform helps sales and service teams go beyond reporting to actually improve agent performance and customer experience in real time.
We're growing fast and we're looking for an Onboarding Manager to help our customers get the very best start with evaluagent.
Salary: £55,000–£70,000
Location: Home based in the UK (must have right to work in the UK without sponsorship)
Why this role?
As our Onboarding Manager, you'll:
Lead onboarding and Proof of Concept (PoC) projects from contract signature to go-live.
Be the dedicated project lead, translating complex detail into clear, customer-ready solutions.
Accelerate Time-to-Value by setting customers up for adoption and long-term success.
Collaborate across Sales, Technical Success, and Customer Success to deliver seamless handovers.
Help us scale by refining playbooks, improving processes, and driving automation.
What we're looking for
3+ years in SaaS onboarding, project management, or customer delivery.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding projects.
Able to get to answers quickly and present clear, customer-ready solutions.
Commercially savvy, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with integrations, data flows, or contact centre platforms a bonus.
Self-motivated, highly organised, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
