The successful candidates will work alongside our busy facilities team which is responsible for the safe and effective maintenance of our busy site. The day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to: Maintaining and repairing the buildings and systems on site, including plumbing, air, heating and I.T network systems. Taking care of other maintenance tasks, such as painting, roof repairs, locksmithing, drywall installations and groundwork Recycling and waste management. The cleanliness of the site facilities. Carry out any other duties requested by their supervisor. Using various Platforms/ladders/ access equipment We are looking for a candidate with the following essential skill set and experience: Plumbing/Electrical/woodworking/Ground working/Facilities Maintenance Handyman Competent in various Handyman jobs and experience in using Tools and Equipment.
