Remote Block Manager – East London Portfolio
Location: Fully Remote (must be able to travel to East London for site visits when needed)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + benefits + flexibility
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
🔎 About the Role
We’re working with a well-established, forward-thinking managing agent with a banging reputation for looking after their staff and their clients. They’re looking for a Block Manager to join their growing team, managing a portfolio of residential developments across East London.
This is a fully remote position – you’ll be trusted to manage your own diary, work from home, and only head out for site inspections, AGMs, and key meetings.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
*
Managing a portfolio of residential blocks & estates across East London
*
Carrying out regular site visits and inspections (mileage covered / travel expenses paid)
*
Preparing and managing service charge budgets
*
Overseeing contractors, maintenance works, and compliance requirements
*
Handling Section 20 consultations and major works when required
*
Attending AGMs, residents’ meetings, and dealing with day-to-day leaseholder queries
*
Ensuring properties are managed in line with RICS, ARMA, and statutory requirements
👌 What We’re Looking For
*
Experience as a Block Manager / Property Manager (essential)
*
Strong understanding of service charge budgets, leases, and compliance
*
IRPM/ ATPI qualified is essential
*
Organised, personable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
*
London knowledge is helpful — particularly East London — but the role is remote-based
*
A team player who’s also confident working independently
