The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This is an excellent role for someone who's eager to kickstart or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your work will directly fuel our growth by connecting new clients with our platform.
What You'll Do
* Engage with decision-makers across public and private sectors — from tutors to senior directors.
* Make approximately 150 outbound calls daily (2–3 hours talk time).
* Follow up via email to nurture interest and build long-term relationships.
* Maintain and organise your pipeline to stay on top of opportunities.
* Book qualified meetings for our Business Development Managers.
* Consistently work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with full team support.
* Build your expertise in the EdTech space through training and hands-on experience.
What We're Looking For
* Some sales experience is a bonus, but not essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
* Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
