Smart Training (Scotland) Ltd is a new Training / SVQ centre seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and wealth of experience inAdult Health and Social Care, with the ability to educate others effectively. This role is crucial in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
The Trainer will be responsible for developing training materials and delivering engaging sessions that promote understanding and application of essential concepts related toAdult Health and Social Care.
Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive training programmes forAdult Health and Social Carestaff.
* Conduct training sessions using effective public speaking techniques to engage participants and facilitate learning.
* Assess the training needs of staff and tailor learning programmes accordingly to ensure all educational requirements are met.
* Provide ongoing support and resources to trainees, fostering an environment of continuous learning.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public health education.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Trainer or in a similar educational role, essential within the healthcare sector.
* Train the Trainer certified - Preferable.
* REHIS & Highfield Certified trainer - Preferable.
* Strong understanding of public health concepts.
* Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
* Experience in developing educational materials tailored to diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
* Passion for educating others and promoting health awareness within the community.
