The Catterick practice is a high-performing business with a great reputation within the local community, working with military families. The current practice owner, together with her team of 3 Vets and 4 RVNs, has worked hard to get the practice into a strong, profitable position. On-site, they have three large consult rooms, a long, spacious prep area with a table for dentistry and overhead lighting. An isolation unit with a separate sink and several kennels, including a double kennel big enough for large dogs. Separate dog and cat wards with modern cages and kennels (including walk-in kennels) that can be oxygenated and easily cleaned. The theatre is immaculate, with excellent lighting. The client waiting area is large and open plan, with the ability to easily separate dogs and cats.
