Welding Fabricator (MIG Preferred)
Location: Eastleigh
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: £13.85/ph
Hours of work: 37.5hrs/week (6:00am-2:00pm)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welding Fabricator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and general fabrication, with the ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints
Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mild steel and other metals as required
Fabricate components according to engineering drawings and specifications
Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication machinery
Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlinesRequirements:
Proven experience as a welder/fabricator, preferably MIG
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
