Responsibilities
* Scale the Business – Own the strategy and execution to grow revenue, increase share of wallet, win new customers, and increase market share.
* Lead the Team – Build, inspire, and drive a hungry, results‑focused sales team to hit ambitious targets.
* Champion the Customer – Deliver a great experience for our trade partners, helping them grow their businesses as we grow ours.
* Win Commercially – Help us and our customers sell more and make more. Acting as a growth partner, using your commercial acumen to innovate and support our partners to grow sales and profitability.
* Shape the Future – Bring ideas, energy, and leadership to create a trade business that stands out in the blinds and window coverings industry.
Qualifications
* A proven sales leader with a track record of scaling revenue and building great teams.
* Commercially sharp, ambitious, and motivated by results.
* Experience in blinds/window coverings or a related sector is ideal – but strong commercial experience in a B2B/trade‑led business is a must.
* Someone who combines strategy with action – you know how to set a vision but also roll up your sleeves and deliver.
* Customer‑obsessed, entrepreneurial, and ready to seize opportunities.
