Mobile Care Assistant
We are looking for passionate Mobile Care Assistants to join our growing care team. To be considered for this vacancy you must have a valid full UK driving licence and own a car. Travel expenses covered. Mileage paid at 43p per mile.
Location: Across Harrogate & Surrounding Areas.
Hourly rate £14.50 per hour, plus up to £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours. Hours: Full time and part time positions available on a rota basis, 7am to 10pm, mornings, evenings, alternate weekends.
Bonus: Receive a £300 bonus when you pass probation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personalised care, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
* Offer domestic support, such as cleaning, shopping, and managing household tasks.
* Maintain communal areas within our developments to a high standard.
* Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and attending appointments.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Valid UK full driving licence.
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, time‑management ability.
* Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred but not essential – training available.
* Willingness to travel between developments and work rota basis, including early mornings, late evenings, and alternate weekends.
