Responsibilities
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards
* Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non-routine defects, both in the workshop and on road tests
* Performing routine inspections in line with manufacturer checklists and specific layouts to ensure all key components are reviewed
* Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards
* Maximising productivity by making the most of workshop facilities and processes
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the full satisfaction of customers
Requirements
* A full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is desired but not essential
* Diagnostic skills with the ability to use modern diagnostic equipment
* Experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles (high-voltage systems) desirable
