Job Title: Building Services Account Manager
Overview:
Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Manager for a prestigious commercial account in Central London. The role involves managing M&E / Facilities Management services for a high-profile building, ensuring delivery of a 5-star service.
Key Details:
* Location: Central London
* Contract Type: Single Contract
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities support teams
* Deliver M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services
* Engage with multiple stakeholders and liaise with on-site clients
* Ensure compliance through auditing
* Identify opportunities for project works and manage budgets (circa £2.5 million P&L)
* Implement energy and sustainability initiatives
* Develop succession plans and manage WIP reduction
Candidate Requirements:
* At least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment
* Experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients
* Strong man-management skills
* Desirable: Additional training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM
