About the Role:
The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to join our client's manufacturing team based in Littlehampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder seeking long-term, stable work within a reputable and growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIG welding mild and stainless steel to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for fabrication
- Quality-checking completed work to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Working safely and maintaining a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG welding (TIG or fabrication experience is an advantage)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Own transport may be required depending on location
