Our client — one of the world’s leading technology companies — is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic, distributed team. This is a fully remote role in the UK, with occasional in-person collaboration sessions in London.
🌍 The Opportunity
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll take the helm of large-scale, cross-functional programs that push the boundaries of what’s possible in global technology infrastructure. You’ll guide initiatives through every stage of their lifecycle — from defining scope and aligning stakeholders to managing risks and ensuring seamless delivery.
You’ll be the connective tissue between engineering, product, and leadership — ensuring that vision, execution, and delivery align across multiple teams and time zones.
🧠What You’ll Do
* Lead complex, multi-project programs across distributed teams in EMEA and North America.
* Drive program planning, delivery, and execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to set strategic direction and track key milestones.
* Oversee project documentation, requirements gathering, and resource planning.
* Anticipate risks before they escalate — and design smart, scalable mitigation plans.
* Champion collaboration, clarity, and accountability across diverse technical teams.
đź’ˇ What You Bring
* Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (more is great!).
* Proven track record delivering software or business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
* Experience working through the full software development lifecycle.
* Strong communication, strategic planning, and risk management skills.
* Flexibility to work across global time zones and collaborate asynchronously.
* Bonus points: Experience in a major tech environment (e.g., global cloud, social, or infrastructure platforms).
