The Lygon Arms is a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, refined dining, tranquil gardens and a discreet spa. We’re looking for a hands‑on Duty Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as senior manager on duty, leading operations during your shift
* Being a visible host presence and looking after VIP guests
* Supporting events and weddings
* Leading daily briefings with Heads of Department
* Working closely with Reception and Housekeeping to manage arrivals
* Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
* Ensuring high standards, safety compliance, and smooth hotel operations
About you:
* Currently a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to step up
* Experience in luxury, premium or quality‑led hospitality
* Confident leader, calm under pressure, guest‑focused
* Flexible to work shifts, including weekends
