As a Strategy Lead, you’ll shape the strategic direction of transformative experience design and marketing initiatives. You’ll define how brands connect with people—translating insight into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact across digital ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
* Lead strategic thinking across complex, large-scale experience transformation programs.
* Define experience visions and product strategies that turn opportunities into innovative digital experiences.
* Develop CRM and communications strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams—Creative, Data, Technology, UX, and Business Leadership—to deliver bold, insight-driven solutions.
* Design end-to-end customer journeys, identifying key moments, emotional drivers, and barriers to engagement.
* Implement CRM strategies using Martech and automation platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) and continuously optimise performance through testing and analytics.
* Partner with senior clients and agency leadership to shape vision, align teams, and champion strategy at the executive level.
Requirements
* 8–10+ years in strategy or consulting within an agency or consultancy environment.
* Deep expertise in CRM, communications planning, and digital experience strategy.
* Proven success developing and implementing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
* Strong consulting capabilities: research design, insight generation, facilitation, and storytelling.
* Ability to analyse culture, category dynamics, and audience behavior to uncover actionable insights.
* Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.) and performance optimisation.
* Experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior strategists.
