Job Description
My client, based in Thurmaston, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
* Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
* Assist with career opportunities, recruitment, and coordinate pre-screening, assessments, and interviews.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to organise inductions, prepare induction packs, and ensure all necessary documentation is received.
* Verify right-to-work and other relevant documentation for specific roles.
* Maintain accurate employee and leaver records.
* Keep attendance and probation records up to date.
* Generate HR letters and perform administrative tasks such as scanning, reporting, and uploading documents to the HR database.
* Support managers during disciplinary and grievance hearings.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous HR experience with good knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
