We're looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who genuinely wants to make a difference. This position would be a great fit for a sports coach or recent sports graduate. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting students with Autism in the classroom, helping them stay engaged and focused. Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver tailored learning and emotional support. Helping with sensory activities and structured routines. Assisting teachers with lesson prep and classroom organisation. Encouraging independence and celebrating small wins every day. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people with SEND, especially Autism. Someone who's caring, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude. Any relevant training (e.g. Autism Awareness, Team Teach) is a bonus-but not essential.
