Senior Civil Engineer – Drainage & Utilities (International Projects)
Permanent | UK-based / Hybrid (working closely with Middle East client teams)
An established international engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to join its team on a permanent basis, supporting major Middle East clients on high-profile, technically complex developments.
The role will focus on the design and coordination of drainage and utilities for large-scale international projects, including sports stadia, tall towers and major mixed-use schemes.
The Role
Deliver drainage and utilities design for complex international developments
Work across concept, detailed design and client coordination stages
Prepare and review drainage strategies, calculations and technical drawings
Use Civil 3D and drainage software such as InfoDrainage and/or HydroCAD
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and overseas stakeholders
Ensure designs align with client standards, regional regulations and international best practice
About You
Senior Civil Engineer with a strong consultancy background
Proven experience delivering drainage and utilities design on large-scale developments
Confident user of Civil 3D, with InfoDrainage or HydroCAD experience
Experience on stadia, high-rise or mixed-use projects
Middle East project experience desirable, but not essential
Comfortable working with international clients and remote teams
