Job Title: Special Needs Teacher Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time Salary: Fringe M1 – UPS3 (dependent on experience) About the Role Parker Smith Inclusion is supporting an outstanding special primary school in Watford in their search for an experienced and dedicated Special Needs Teacher. The school provides exceptional education for children aged 4–11 with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. It offers a nurturing, inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive through a bespoke and holistic curriculum. As a Special Needs Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet pupils’ individual needs and EHCP outcomes. You will support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development, lead a team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and work collaboratively with parents, carers and external professionals to provide consistent, effective support.
