Job Description As a Business Manager within Operations, you will be a trusted advisor to the Director of Operations, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. In this newly created role, you’ll play a key part in aligning strategy with execution, supporting the Director of Operations in the delivery of the Society’s strategic objectives with efficiency, impact, and in line with risk and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of simplification and innovation, using your insight and expertise to identify opportunities that enhance customer and colleague experiences, simplify processes and support sustainable business growth. With the autonomy to lead and implement strategies as required, you’ll serve as a key connector across the Operations leadership team and internal stakeholders, ensuring to manage clear communication and strong collaboration across the organisation.
