We are a global leader in packaging technology supplying our solutions to blue chip customers all over the world. We now have a requirement for a Service Co Ordinator to join our growing Service Team and add capacity, drive efficiency, and optimise how we deliver service across the business.
You’ll enjoy working with both engineers and customers, understand how to manage competing priorities and thrive in a business that is evolving and adopting digital tools to improve performance and customer service. The role will involve responding to customer enquiries, triaging and prioritising each request, gathering key technical information to assess urgency and scope and ensuring the appropriate response as well as managing and optimising engineer diaries

* Proven experience in a customer service role within a technical or engineering environment.
* Comfortable working with technical details and confident in asking the right questions to understand customer issues clearly.
* Digitally savvy and comfortable using ERP and CRM tools (Epicor and Salesforce experience desirable).
* Strong organisational skills, you enjoy structure, clear processes, and working through complex scheduling challenges
