A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Commercial Property team.

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with an experienced and supportive team comprising an Equity Partner, two Salaried Partners, an Associate, an NQ Solicitor, Paralegal and Secretary.
Your work will include:
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Refinancing
* Charity property work, including regulatory compliance
* Drafting and negotiating leases and complex property documentation
* Advising a diverse range of HNW commercial clients
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, commercial advice
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years' solid PQE in a broad range of Commercial Property work
* Experience managing a varied Commercial Property caseload
* Excellent drafting and communication skills
* Commercially minded and client focused
* Collaborative team player with a positive approach
