Job Description: Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Physiotherapist for a locum assignment based at Crewe. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of rehab patients and support the patients towards discharge from wards.
Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of Rehab patients
* Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals
* Carry out clinical administration tasks
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Skills and Experience Required
* Experienced NHS Rehabilitation Physiotherapist
* Experience with discharge planning
* Experience using e‑referrals (desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email
Essential Requirements
* Candidates must have NHS experience
* Candidates must hold HCPC registration
