Intermediate Estimator - Location: We are seeking an Intermediate Estimator to join a busy and forward-thinking construction business delivering industrial, commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects up to £20 million. Causeway software experience is essential.
Assist in preparing cost estimates for industrial, commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Maintain estimating databases and standard rates, including labour, plant, and materials.
Collaborate with the commercial and project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
Experience as an Estimator within the construction sector, ideally covering industrial, commercial, residential, and refurbishment projects.
Competent in Causeway software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 plus benefits package.
