Production Administrator - Cookstown - Permanent Join a busy production facility in Ardboe as an Production Administrator and play a key role in supporting daily operations within a fast-paced environment. Working as part of the planning team, you will coordinate production schedules, load planning and administration while liaising with production, despatch and project teams. About this role:

What you'll be doing in this role:
6. Coordinating and updating daily and weekly production schedules
7. Supporting load planning and organising dispatch requirements
8. Liaising with production, despatch and project teams to ensure smooth workflow
9. Maintaining accurate records and updating planning systems
10. Monitoring production progress and highlighting any delays or issues
11. Assisting with general administrative duties to support the planning function
12. Communicating schedule changes and updates to relevant teams
What you'll need for this role:
13. Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
14. Cognitive and logic skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
15. An ability to complete administrative and planning duties efficiently, with a high level of accuracy, focus and attention to detail
16. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
17. Team attitude: eager to cooperate with others with good interpersonal communication skills
18. Experience of a similar role in a busy production planning office would be beneficial
