The Role
You'll become part of a warm and friendly team supporting four individuals with various learning disabilities. Two days are never the same; you'll assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, managing finances, and medication.
We also need you to be enthusiastic and creative in supporting their hobbies and interests, including gardening, cooking, baking, arts & crafts, walks, and engaging with the local community.
About You
At Cornerstone, we value your personality over experience and qualifications. We will pay for your training and provide all the practical skills needed. We also fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and cover your yearly SSSC registration fees.
All we ask is that you bring:
* Good listening and communication skills
* A caring attitude and approach
* A positive attitude towards learning
* An understanding of routines and guidelines
* Cooking skills (baking is a plus)
Having a full driving license is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
