Responsibilities
* Provide essential support service in the continuing care of patients, ensuring case notes are at the right place at the right time.
* Pull, file, prune, destroy, prepare, amalgamate and securely transport case notes.
* Actively promote the vision for the Health Records service, working towards a Digital Records future and supporting the delivery of modernisation plans for Health Records.
* Support the delivery of the Health Records Operational Plan by assisting Health Records Supervisors, Co‑ordinator, and Assistant Site Manager.
Qualifications
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
