Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Digital Content Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible for developing high-quality copy for marketing materials. To do so, they will learn all about and make significant contributions to Menzies’s tone of voice guide to efficiently maximise the impact of content they generate, they will also be responsible for managing SEO practices such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategies to increase rankings and maximise ROI of content. They will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors and will share their learnings with co-workers and stakeholders to consistently deliver.

8. Improve Menzies’s presence through search engine optimisation (SEO)
9. Share insights on competitor marketing content
10. Widen Menzies’s marketing reach
Responsibilities:
11. Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to Menzies’s digital channels
12. Optimise, create, edit and review copy for website, blogs, whitepapers, videos scripts/ video editing and marketing materials – consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style
13. Track, report, and analyse website analytics, monitoring digital content engagement metrics and keywords rankings
14. Website maintenance, uploading content and reviewing technical SEO
15. Promote company offerings to reach new audiences
16. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
17. Develop and implement link building strategies
18. Work with the firms content creators to optimise all copy
19. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking and other factors to improve SEO positions to target keywords.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have outstanding copywriting skills, be confident in both written and vernal communication skills and have the ability to conduct in-depth research.
They will have a strong knowledge of SEO best practices and an understanding of digital tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others. They will also desirably have experience of using the following digital platforms: WordPress CMS website platform, HubSpot or similar CRM and Adobe premier pro or similar video editing software.
You would need to have a good degree of computer literacy, ability to work effectively without oversight and also superb organisational and time-management abilities.
Preferred work experience/ qualifications:
20. Will have 2+ years of experience working as a content/digital/marketing creator
21. Previous experience in a professional services firm – ideal but not essential
22. Significant experience creating high-quality marketing content
23. Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
