Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent support to pupils with SEND
* Assist with differentiated learning activities
* Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Support pupils during transitions and unstructured times
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and parents

* Position is based in a SEND resource provision
* The provision supports pupils with ASC and ADHD
* Personal care may be part of the role
* Knowledge of behaviour management and de-escalation strategies is required
