The Role

We are seeking a skilled, customer‑focused Mortgage Advisor to join our expanding team. You will handle warm leads generated from our estate agency and lettings operations, providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients throughout their home‑buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver compliant, mortgage and protection advice.
2. Convert warm leads from our successful Estate Agency and Lettings teams.
3. Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
4. Maintain accurate client records in line with FCA and company compliance requirements.
5. Provide an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to completion.
6. Build strong working relationships across the branch teams.

Requirements

7. CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
8. Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor (preferred).
9. Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
10. Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
11. Motivated, proactive, and confident working towards targets.
12. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
