SEN Teacher / SEN ECT - Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with varied special educational needs
* Work alongside the SENCo, teaching assistants, and wider staff to create and implement personalised learning plans
* Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Track pupil progress and refine teaching approaches to address individual requirements
* Establish meaningful relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
* Support pupils' academic achievement, emotional wellbeing, and social development
SEN Teacher / SEN ECT - What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an SEN ECT on track to qualify by summer 2025
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN, either in teaching or support roles
* A degree in Psychology, Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related subject
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Patience, innovation, and a proactive teaching style
* A steadfast commitment to inclusive education and the success of every pupil
