What you'll be doing:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
* Client Relationship Management: Foster long-lasting partnerships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate the team to optimise performance and achieve sales objectives.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities.
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or office and commercial industry.
* Strong understanding of the UK Scottish market and its key players.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
